Use of the Courts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the general principle is to allow members court time of 1 hour (depending on the court rotation system outlined below,) if courts are available at the completion of time allowed, members may continue to play. We encourage all members to be courteous and civil about the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The court rotation system is in place to ensure all members get a chance to play and use the courts with the shortest possible wait time in a manner that is fair for all. Rotation times are clearly indicated on the board by the courts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a member wishes to use a particular court, they can hang a racquet on the appropriate hook on the board by the courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the rotation time comes, the court must be immediately made available to the member whose racket is hanging on the hook regardless of the amount of time the occupants of the court have been playing or whether or not another court with the same or other rotation time is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Courts must also be made available on time for Round Robins and other scheduled events and clinics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Utilisation des tribunaux<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le syst\u00e8me de rotation des tribunaux est en place pour s\u2019assurer que tous les membres ont la chance de jouer et d\u2019utiliser les tribunaux avec le temps d\u2019attente le plus court possible d\u2019une mani\u00e8re \u00e9quitable pour tous. Court courtesy during play<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When games are in play on the courts, please be respectful and only pass by courts between points and at the back of the court. For courts 3 and 4 use the side gate behind court 3 and for courts 1 and 2 use the main gate near club house. It is never acceptable to cross the middle of someone\u2019s court or behind when a game is in play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tennis balls may be returned to other courts between points by being rolled to the back of the court. It is never acceptable to retrieve your ball on another court while a game is in play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is also not acceptable to have children on the courts or court benches unless they are playing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please be respectful of others at your club at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Courtoisie du terrain pendant le jeu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il n\u2019est pas non plus acceptable d\u2019avoir des enfants sur les courts ou les bancs \u00e0 moins qu\u2019ils ne jouent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u2019il vous pla\u00eet \u00eatre respectueux des autres dans votre club en tout temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clubhouse, Courts & Lights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members can help us save energy and costs by restricting the use of the overhead lights to only those in the area on which they are playing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The court lights must be turned off no later than 10:30 p.m. unless authorized by the President. It is requested that the last person(s) to leave the club after 9:00 p.m. perform a \u201csafety check\u201d of the interior of the clubhouse and ensure all doors are locked. The last player off the court, at night, should turn off the overhead lights by means of the switches (one per court) located on the box outside of the shed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clubhouse, Courts & Lumi\u00e8res<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il est demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la ou aux derni\u00e8res personnes \u00e0 quitter le club apr\u00e8s 21h00.m. effectuer un \u00ab contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00bb de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du club-house et s\u2019assurer que toutes les portes sont verrouill\u00e9es. Le dernier joueur hors du terrain, la nuit, doit \u00e9teindre les plafonniers au moyen des interrupteurs (un par terrain) situ\u00e9s sur la bo\u00eete \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du hangar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dogs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that dogs are not permitted on the tennis club property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
